"SMART PILLS - Lost Studio Recordings EP 1979" contains the only known studio recordings ever made by the Smart Pills. The EP, containing four original songs was recorded by the Smart Pills in June 1979 in Los Angeles, CA after the Smart Pills relocated to Hollywood, CA. The original eight-track master was thought to be lost until 2016. While going through his storage unit in Austin, TX, Git Smart found the original master. Through a joint effort, Git and Vince remastered the original recordings and released the EP through Vince Conrad Productions in 2016.
