The Smart Pills was a first generation punk rock band heavily influenced by New York’s original punk rock scene, The Smart Pills formed in New York City in January 1978. The Smart Pills featured Git Smart (Vocals & Guitar), Vince Conrad (Vocals & Bass) and Billy Ray (Vocals & Drums). In June 1979 the Smart Pills moved to Hollywood, CA and played multiple shows in LA's early punk venues. ... more
